APPLICATIONS

DESCRIPTION AND CHARACTERISTICS
Films extruded with bio-based polyethylenes, made from renewable sources or raw materials such as sugarcane, corn, wood, etc.
ATTRIBUTES
They are 100% recyclable films, and their properties can be similar to those of polyethylenes based on similar fossil sources. Bio-based polyolefins are certified by ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification) for renewable source-based plastics, which means that all stages in the value chain meet traceability criteria and reduce environmental impacts.
ADVANTAGES
This alternative reduces CO2 emissions by more than 10% compared to PE resins derived from fossil sources. This contributes to global CO2 reduction goals and climate change mitigation.
